2 tiered wedding cake
Two tiered vanilla cake with a light rum glaze, filled with freshly made vanilla pastry creme, frosted with Italian buttercreme icing, seasonal fruit garnish the top of both layers with an apricot glaze over the fruit to seal in freshness.
Three Tiered Wedding CakeThree tiered white cake flavored with almond, freshly made vanilla pastry creme lightly flavored with almond fills all layers, Italian buttercreme ices all layers.  A white fondant ribbon decorates the bottom of each layer, while hand made white chocolate roses a and leaves decorate the top and middle layers.
Old As Dirt Cake"Older than Dirt" birthday cake.  It features three tiers, but the top tier is shaped to look like a hill side.  Colored icing shows the cemetery area, grassy area, tree and flower area.  Three dimensional  figures hand made from chocolate show traveling musicians - each with unique costumes and instruments moving around the cemetery.  Three-D trees, butterflies, stained glass window, and tombstone all help to bring this cake alive and add humor.  The cake itself is a white cake with shaved bittersweet chocolate and flavored with Amaretto.  The filling is chocolate mousse, and the icing is Italian buttercreme.


The bottom tier is a chocolate cake with chocolate pastry creme flavored with Kahlua, the next tier is lemon pound cake with a lemon curd filling, the next tier is a carrot cake with a cream cheese frosting filling flavored with a touch of lemon, and the top two tiers are red velvet cake with a cream cheese frosting filling. 
The entire cake is frosted with chocolate Italian butter creme. 
It is decorated with pink buttercream roses, stems and leaves.  Two beautiful white wrought iron separators elevate the cake and add to its elegance.

The bottom tier was a chocolate cake with chocolate pastry creme flavored with Kirsch, the next tier was a almond flavored vanilla cake with a fresh cherry compote filling, the third tier was a half chocolate and half vanilla cake with vanilla pastry creme filling alternating with cherry compote, and the bride's tier was four layers of chocolate cake, cherry compote, and Kirsch flavored chocolate pastry creme. 
The cake was frosted with a delicious vanilla Italian buttercreme, and decorated with blue buttercream roses to match her colors, white scrolls, and a custom designed cake topper of porcelain doves.
