
The
bottom tier is a chocolate cake with chocolate pastry creme
flavored with Kahlua, the next tier is lemon pound cake with
a lemon curd filling, the next tier is a carrot cake with a
cream cheese frosting filling flavored with a touch of
lemon, and the top two tiers are red velvet cake with a
cream cheese frosting filling.
The entire cake is frosted with chocolate Italian butter
creme.
It is decorated with pink buttercream roses, stems and
leaves. Two beautiful white wrought iron separators elevate
the cake and add to its elegance.


The

vanilla cake with a fresh cherry compote filling, the third
tier was a half chocolate and half vanilla cake with vanilla
pastry creme filling alternating with cherry compote, and
the bride's tier was four layers of chocolate cake, cherry
compote, and Kirsch flavored chocolate pastry creme.
The cake was frosted with a delicious vanilla Italian
buttercreme, and decorated with blue buttercream roses to
match her colors, white scrolls, and a custom designed cake
topper of porcelain doves.
